Our company provides diverse services including delivery inspection, regular maintenance,
seasonal maintenance, and special traveling maintenance.
When delivering equipment to a customer, our staff-member will immediately check
the equipment with the customer and explain the equipment management points and
qualities to the customer based on the Driver’s Manual, making the customer aware
of important information regarding the equipment.
We carry out regular maintenance of all equipment retained by customers, based on
the maintenance standards described in the Driver’s Manual, prolonging the equipment’s
lifespan. Please refer to the FAQ related to After Sales Service for more information
regarding the regular maintenance period.
Special Seasonal Maintenance
We provide seasonal services that include checking the air conditioning and several
oil condition checks during the summer; heater performance checks and engine start-up
checks in winter. We also provide repair services when necessary. In case of equipment
damaged by a natural disaster, we provide special maintenance if it is decided that
strategic support is necessary.
We provide chargeable repairs to customers who retain equipment beyond the warranty
period, or to damage which warranty repair (refer to the FAQ related to After Sales
Service) does not apply. We provide high quality service and customer satisfaction
through our post-sales equipment management.
We continue to research ways to produce better equipment. This includes conducting
field audits (monitoring customers’ opinions at job sites) to improve equipment
