    What is warranty repair?
    A Free repair or replacement of parts when the failure is caused by defect in materials or manufacturing of the equipment
    which is treated with regular inspection specified in the Manual (User Manual); and the equipment is operated normally during
    the warranty period.

    What are inspection at delivery and regular inspection?
    A
    • - Inspection at delivery : Inspection at the delivery site when delivering the equipment to the customer.
    • - Regular inspection : it is offered as pre-service for the customers to check the condition of the equipment during warranty period.

    What are the warranty terms?
    A
    • A. The warranty shall continue for 12 months from Delivery or 2,500 operation hours after first start-up of the equipments, whichever comes earlier
    • B. If the user is changed during the warranty period in ‘A’ above, the period is succeeded to the next user for the remaining period.

    ※ Warranty period is subject to change according to the company’s policy.

    What is the definition of a Genuine Product?
    A A. It is a part certified its quality by the company’s quality standards.
    B. Please be sure to use geuine parts when making replacements.

    What are the exclusion criteria for warranty repair?
    A
    • A. Equipments for which warranty repair period set by the company is expired.
    • B. If the user did not use genuine products without the company’s approval.
    • C. If the user modified the equipment without the company’s approval.
    • D. If the failed parts are missing or damaged.
    • E. If the user used the equipment beyond the limit of the specifications set by the company.
    • F. If the failure was caused by non-conformance of the operation, regular inspection, maintenance, and storing method specified in the Company's Manual (user manual).
    • G. If the failure was worsened because proper measure was not taken when it occurred.
    • H. Bulbs, fuses, brake lining, belts, filters, wiper brushes, various types of oil, motor brushes, nozzles, clutch discs and other similar consumables.
    • I. If an accident occurred due to the user’s fault.
    • J. Failure due to natural disasters, national emergency, riots, wars and other equivalent reasons.
    • K. Failure occurred or worsened due to not taking repair at branches/agencies or A/S centers (or designated maintenance plants)
    • L. If the complaint on minor noise/static or vibration is decided that it does not affect the product’s performance or function.
    • M. Other failures that are attributable by the customer's negligence
    • N. Failures caused by using contaminated fuel and neglecting lubrcating oil maintanence.
