In particular, the center conducts research and experiments to respond to reinforced exhaust gas regulations by developing eco-friendly, high-efficiency and noise reduction technologies.

The Gunsan factory has a total floor area of 36,627㎡ and comprises a factory building, an office building and power supply room.
The material handling manufacturing factory, the main facility, is equipped with automatic conveyors, automatic test facilities for large forklifts, an AGV/autonomous forklift logistics system, a control center, an MES system and an RTLS system.
The factory can manufacture 3,500 units of equipment per year (1,500 large forklifts, 2,000 reach forklifts).
In addition, the durability test site has a high-speed driving course, obstacle driving course, endurance test site and forklift test site and is equipped with a rigorous quality management system.

The center established itself as the best training center in the field of practical construction equipment by providing theoretical and practical training to 2,000 students every year.
It boasts instructors with more than 20 years of experience, advanced equipment and complete training facilities including a disassembly practice room. The center also tests new models and holds equipment demonstrations at the permanent demonstration site, besides the parts and service center.
