Hi CARE SOLUTION

The Hi CARE SOLUTION is a premium service that enables customers to maximize their profits by reducing their operating costs, improving productivity and minimizing downtime due to equipment faults.

With the Hi CARE solution, customers can quickly and conveniently report faults through the Hi MATE mobile app and the SOS button behind the wheel.
If a critical problem occurs, resulting in a malfunction or inoperability of the device or driving unit, a professional engineer will reach out to you within 48 hours once the fault report recognized with a solution and replacement parts.
The Hi CARE solution also continuously monitors equipment that is running normally to analyze the operator's driving habits and to provide guidelines on increasing work efficiency and performs preemptive failure prevention maintenance by visiting a site, if necessary. (Scheduled for release in North America and South Korea in the first half of 2021.)
